What to expect once you place an order, from packing to your doorstep.

Ready-stock items

Dispatched within 2–4 working days of your order being confirmed.
Delivered pan-India in 4–8 working days depending on your location.
Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000; a flat shipping fee applies below that.

Custom-designed pieces

Custom climbers, play corners and furniture are hand-built after your design is confirmed.
Standard lead time is 10–15 working days from final design sign-off to delivery.
Larger installations (climbing walls, multi-piece play corners) may need extra time — we'll confirm this during your design consultation.

Packing & handling

Every piece is wrapped and boxed by hand with corner protection for climbers and furniture edges.
Large adventure-play items may arrive in more than one box; assembly hardware is included.

Returns & exchanges

Ready-stock items can be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
Custom-built pieces are made specifically for your order and are non-returnable, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
